At Vitaris, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you can submit your request directly through your customer account:

No password required — simply enter your email and the verification code sent to you. Please note: the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to opened or used supplement products, in accordance with EU consumer law exemptions for health and hygiene goods.
Returns & Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used wellness/supplement products.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
- Vitaris is not responsible for lost return packages
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used supplements
- Perishable or consumable products
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards or digital products
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
- Provide a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
- Cover all related shipping costs
Order Cancellations
